SamVidhi is a socio-legal venture with an aim to encourage & provide a platform to all those who wish to hone their research skills and provide their diverse insights on the contemporary social, legal, environmental, political, economic and international developments. This platform has been crafted to disseminate quality and in-depth analysis, or just opinions pertaining to inter-disciplinary issues in the form of blogs.

Prof. (Dr.) S. Shanthakumar
Prof. (Dr.) S. Shanthakumar is the Director of Gujarat National Law University. His areas of specialization are Environmental Law, Human Rights Law, International Law and Constitutional Law. He has authored several books on Environmental Law and Human Rights Law. Recently he was elected to represent South and West Asia at the IUCN Academy of Environmental Law. Currently, he is the Chair of Environmental Law Study Group of the International Association of Law Schools. He is also the recipient of prestigious awards like the Environmental Law Champions Development Award from Asian Development Bank, Philippines and the Best Social Scientist Award from the Indian Society of Criminology.
Prof. (Dr.) Manoj Kr. Sinha
Dr. Sinha is Director and Professor of Law at the Indian Law Institute. His area of specializations are Human Rights, Constitutional Law, International Humanitarian and Refugee Law, International Criminal Law, International Law and International Institutions. He has published extensively in reputed National and International Law journals. He has authored and edited several books revolving around various aspects of human rights. He was offered prestigious visiting Professorship at the Raoul Wallenberg Institute of Human Rights and Humanitarian Law, Lund, Sweden, for (2004-2005).
Our Mentors
Dr. Anita Yadav
Dr. Anita is an Assistant Professor of Law at Campus Law Centre, Delhi University. Prior to this, she was an Asst. Prof at NLSIU, Bangalore. She was an Erasmus Mundus visiting research scholar at Georg-August University of Goettingen, Germany (2015-2016) and also a visiting fellow at the United Nations Human Rights Committee, Geneva. She has also been a recipient of various International and national fellowship and scholarship awards
Mr. Raghav Pandey
Mr. Pandey is an Assistant Professor of Law at Maharashtra National Law University, Mumbai and a doctoral research fellow at the Dept. of Humanities and social sciences, IIT Bombay. He is a graduate of Dr. RMLNLU, Lucknow and has completed his LL.M. from Indian Law Institute. Apart from being widely published in national news dailies and academic journals, he is also a TEDx speaker.

Ms. Rohini Sen
Ms. Rohini Sen is an Assistant Professor and Assistant Dean (International Collaborations) at the Jindal Global Law School. She had obtained an LL.M. from the University of Leeds and has graduated from Gujarat National Law University. She is pursuing her PhD from the University of Warwick as a Chancellor's Scholar. She is the Assistant Director for the Centre for Human Rights Studies and is currently engaged in field research on Sexual Harassment Committees in Indian Higher Education Institutes.
Ms. Sanskriti Sanghi
Miss Sanskriti Sanghi is a Lecturer at Jindal Global Law School. She has pursued LLM from Cambridge University and has graduated from Gujarat National Law University. Having a keen interest in international, comparative and contextual human rights, she has been associated with several national and international organisations focused on human rights matters. She has also held the position of General Editor for the Cambridge International Law Journal.

Mr. Hatim Hussain
A Gujarat National Law University graduate, and an awardee of the prestigious Rhodes Scholarship and Schwarzman Scholarship (to pursue post-graduate studies at Oxford and Tsinghua Universities respectively), Mr. Hussain is also a Research Assistant with the Cambridge University. Apart from being interested in the inter-disciplinary approaches to law, he has a penchant for blockchain and cryptocurrency and has been involved in exploring its various aspects through his association with different institutions.
