Webinar on 'POSH Act & Work from Home' by Vidhivarenyam & SamVidhi

The issue of sexual harassment at the workplace transcends the boundary of job-type and is not restricted to any particular area. During the lockdown when the workplace is employees' home only, the issue arises whether the home can be called the workplace.

In light of the recent incidents, Vidhivarenyam Foundation and SamVidhi bring to you a webinar on 'POSH Act & Work From Home' that will explain this legal tool which every working individual must have awareness about.

The session will be taken by Ms. Pallavi Pratap, Advocate-on-Record at Supreme Court. She has around 12 years of experience in law practice. She qualified MBA in Finance from La Trobe University, Melbourne, Australia and her LL.B. from Lucknow University. She has been included in the Business World BW Legal’s 40 Under 40 Top Lawyers & Legal Influencers List.

About the Moderator: Pragya Parijat Singh is currently an Assistant Professor at Jindal Global Law School. Pragya did her LL.B. from Campus Law Center and LL.M. from the University of Cambridge. She has been proactively involved in pro-bono and rights-based litigation. She was also a legal counselor at Tihar Jail, Delhi and is also a founding partner at Eunomia Law Associates LLP. She has also been on the Union of India panel and has now endorsed the journey of academia lately. She is the founder of Vidhivarenyam Foundation.
